At M-Power, we design personalized strength training programs tailored to your unique body type, fitness level, and goals. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to take your training to the next level, our expert coaches are here to guide you every step of the way.

We provide an empowering space with private, dual and group training sessions. Our programs include unlimited group training sessions, customized nutrition coaching and built-in accountability and support.

WHAT WE DO

LIFESTYLE TRAINING

This program consists of a small group setting, weight lifting, plyometric training, and HIIT workouts instructed by a certified personal trainer. Each day, targeting different muscle groups, instruction is given, form is corrected, and energy is projected to provide an amazing workout experience unlike any other.

COMPETITION TRAINING

Step confidently into competition season with a comprehensive program designed to bring out your best. You’ll receive a personalized competition meal plan, tailored cardio guidance, and weekly check-ins with the head coach, along with access to posing clinics and full prep support—everything you need to take the stage with confidence. This program also includes unlimited strength training group fitness classes led by a certified personal trainer to help you build a strong, stage-ready physique.

PERSONAL (INDIVIDUAL OR DUAL) TRAINING

Dedicated to your success, one on one with a trainer for an entire hour session. By targeting specific muscle groups and coordinating workouts according to needs and goals, you will get the individualized attention necessary to succeed in this challenging journey of weight loss. (Meal plan can be included or excluded)

NUTRITION COACHING

This program helps you find the sweet spot between enjoying the foods you love and reaching your goals—without feeling restricted. Your custom meal plan is built around your tastes and nutritional needs. With weekly check-ins for support and accountability, we’ll help you stay on track and adjust as needed along the way!
